Getting married is so wonderfully exciting, and of course you want everything just so. I will work with you to create wonderful Wedding Stationery that will complement your theme and delight your guests.

I've spent more than 30 years creating and selling my original designs, and I believe I've mastered the art of keeping my customers happy. You can browse my designs and order easily online, but at the heart of my business are real people.

When I receive your order I will personally create a draft of your chosen design.  If you want to make changes to your draft when you see it, I will update the details till you love it. Or I'll refund your payment in full: no quibbling, no hassle.

What do you sell? We specialise in original Wedding Stationery: Save the Date Magnets, Wedding Invitations, RSVP inserts, Poem cards, place cards and more. Your order is personalised with your wording, then printed and carefully packed especially for you. You will get to approve a custom draft before we print. We offer a full, no hassle refund if you aren't delighted with your order when you receive it.

Do you do Evening / Reception invitations? Indeed we do, any of our designs can be adapted for your evening reception.

Can I speak to someone before I place my order? Yes, you can. We are real people, not just a faceless online supplier. I’m having problems placing my order, what can I do? If you experience any issues at all while placing your order, please phone 0114 229 5099. We can take your payment over the phone if you wish.

I’m not happy ordering online, can I still order? Yes, no problem. We can take your order over the phone if you prefer. Phone 0114 229 5099.

What do you do with my information? We will never sell or share your information, so you will not end up on spam and junk lists. We only use your personal details to produce and send your custom invites.

What about my card details? Are they secure? All payments are handled by PayPal or Shopify, and benefit from their excellent, blue chip security and payment guarantees.

What card will my invitations be printed on? Your invitations are printed on top quality heavy (330gsm) white card. This is super smooth and silky, producing a luxury product.

Help! I’ve run out of invites, can I order some more? Yes, we can print more for you, from a minimum of 10 cards. Email us at info@josephineanddaughters.co.uk or phone 0114 229 5099 to order your extra invites.

How will my invitations be sent? We post UK orders by 1st Class post, and we send overseas orders by a tracked airmail service.

How long will my invites take to arrive? Please allow 7-10 days for delivery within the UK and 14-21 days for orders outside the UK.

How much is UK delivery? Postage within the UK is FREE this week (usually £3.99)

Can you send invitations overseas? We are happy to send our invitations anywhere in the world. For delivery outside the UK, a charge of £14.99 will be added to your order during checkout. If you order more than one item, you will be charged only one set of postage.

Will I be happy with the service? Customer Service is very important, to us and to you, especially for such an important occasion. We treat you as an individual and a valued customer. You can buy with confidence, take a look at some of our customer feedback. And we offer a full money back guarantee if you aren’t delighted with your invitations.

What about envelopes? Every order includes coordinating, high quality 100gsm envelopes so you don’t have to look around and find a different supplier. Your order will arrive complete and ready to send.                                                                           

Can you make invitations for other occasions? Our designs can be adapted to suit any special occasion. Our wording is just a suggestion, any of the wording can be changed just for you. Get in touch, we’ll be glad to help. You will see a personalised draft before we print.

Will my invites look just how I want? When we receive your order, we will prepare and send a personalised email draft within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with your details in place. If you want any changes to the information, or if there are any errors, just let us know and we’ll send you another draft. Only once you are happy do we print your order. You have full approval before we print.

Can I cancel or change my order? You can change (or cancel) your order providing it hasn't already been printed. Just let us know and we will make a full refund.

How can I be confident I’ll love the finished product? Unlike other companies who sell custom products, we offer a full money back guarantee if you are not delighted with the quality of your invitations when you receive them. Contact us for a returns code- you just pay to return them to us.

What size are your invitations? Our large wedding invitations measure 7x5 inches (13x18cm approx.) This is the classic size for Wedding Invitations. All our other cards are post card size, measuring 4x6 inches (10x15cm). Our Save the date magnets measure 5.5x9cm: think credit card size.

What about etiquette? Traditionally, the bride’s name comes first, but this is your choice. If you have any other questions about wedding etiquette and what to include phone 0114 229 5099, we’ll be delighted to assist.

What name/s can go on my invites? We can add first names or full names, the choice is yours. We can also change the wording if you wish the invitations to come from your parent/s.

I want a space to write my guest names on my invites, can you do this? Yes, your invites can be worded to include a space for guest names if you wish. We can word any of our designs to include this space, or not, whichever you prefer. You will see a draft before we print.
